L’cvod Hakehila hakedosha,
I hope you and your families are doing well be”h.
Be’h we will be having Minyanim over Shavuot. As of now, we are still weighing some issues. We are still trying to determine whether or not the minyan will be held indoors or outdoors; whether or not we will have a Tikun Leyl Shavuot; and whether or not we need to restrict the number of participants.
We know that this indecision is not ideal, but we must take the current health crisis very seriously and factor in all requirements before making a responsible decision. We thank you for your patience. And we will pass on the details as soon as they become available.
Meanwhile, it is important for us to know if you plan on joining for any part of the Chag and how many people will be joining you, to help in our deliberations. Please email me at email@example.com or the general email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your intentions:
• I (would / would not) attend davening (indicate # of people: ____)
• I (would / would not) attend Tikun Leyl Shavuot (indicate # of people: ____)
Wishing you all a Chag kosher V’sameach.
